Delicious truffle sauce
Very strong truffle sauce.I used to make tartufo pizza.It tasted so good .I used only one teaspoon on each pizza and that was enough.it’s creamy and easy to spread.Price is high for this little amount, but it’s a good quality product.

I've rated this product 5 stars in the past but this time I was very disappointed. The aroma was great but it was tasteless and full of hard, grainy pieces of what I assume were truffle bits. I had to discard the entire dish,

Very tasty!
I add a full can of this stuff to 3/4 cup of cream. Once I sauté onions and garlic in butter, I add the cream mixture and some pecorino Romano cheese. Add that to pasta and you have a very exotic, special and tasty dish.

Very delicious special treat!
It's a small can, & pricey, but it's a very delicious special treat. I tossed it with pasta & topped it with truffle carpaccio slices & a sprinkle of truffle salt to make it extra decadent!

Not what I hoped for.
I purchased tis product with high hopes for something really great. It was just OK. I thought it tasted like a canned product. And I mean it seemed to have picked up the tinny taste of the can. I certainly was not wowed by it. I was having mine with a steak. I simmered it in the cast iron pan with the steak hoping they would compliment each other. I think I could have achieved a tastier result wit a can of Campbell cream of mushroom soup. It could be me and the way I chose to prepare it, but I'm glad I at least tried it.
