This Pour Pot works great! I’m really surprised it’s not more reviews on this. I’ve tried other pour pots in the past, and i have to say this does the job!

for the money this low tech tool is worth it for small jobs , as compared to the more expensive professional push cart with onboard heating which costs $2000+ new. simply heat up the rubberized asphalt, ( we did this in an old cooking pot over a fire) pour into the pot and apply over the cracks, with someone following behind with a little v-shaped squeegee. be super careful when cooking the asphalt and handling it, this approach is not for idiots. The wheels on the unit are pretty much not needed , easier to hold it up in the air and swing it around above the cracks while releasing the liquid asphalt.

We needed to replace a few old, gunked up tar pots that our electrical underground business had. These were exact replacements, work just as well with a nice built-in stand.

Terrible, it would be easier to use a gallon jug instead of this.

I really don't have an issue with the product. It works as designed, is well made, and made of excellent material. But do you really need a pour pot? I have a 512 foot long driveway and have been repairing it with a trowel on my hands and knees for years. I saw this product and thought I would make the job easier. Well, to use the pour pot the filler has to flow. When the filler went into the cracks it continued to flow down into the cracks and disbursed into all the voids. It would never fill the cracks. I just kept adding filler until I used all five gallons. The year before I filled the cracks with a paste filler and forced it into the cracks with a trowel. It took about four gallons of filler to patch the driveway. I ended up patching it the old way. I don't need a pour pot but I do have a nice one taking up space in my shed.

Recommend applying larger & thicker more effective wheel retaining washers... as I replaced .... to prevent the wheels from wabbling.... aka... in turn allowing to maintain somewhat of a straight line pour.

Worked as intended. No problems. Just need to get a tip. It's not included.

have'nt used yet but others say it leaks all over, sure it will because the cut off is upstream from piece of pipe used for tip. also wheels are wobbly as stated.
