is the point .5m/m or .038 ?

Hi Scotty, the ULTRA MICRO POINT are 0.38mm, the thinnest, finest line out of all the Signo 207's. The next size UP is the MICRO point, followed by the MEDIUM point, and lastly the BOLD point being the thickest, boldest line on paper. I own all these sizes, with various colors and have been using these pens for at least 15 yrs. In my opinion, they are the best on the market, with the added bonus of having the ink permeate the paper fibers, hence deterring "check-washing", since the colors won't bleed out. I love them...... I won't use anything else. Hope this helps.

Is the grip latex-free?

I have a latex allergy and used these pens for a long time without any trouble at all.

Is there any way that I can just buy the internal replaceable ink tube? I figure that'd be more convenient and cheaper! Thanks

No. 1 Tip size only - ultra micro .38mm It creates a very sharpe thin line. I like them alot. They also have them in red ink.
