This is an excellent conditioner. Truly scent free. My hair truly looks much better since I have been using this. I have to say that the downside is - the shower floor is extremely slippery when I use this. Please keep that in mind.

I love this conditioner, it reminds me of the Biolage Conditioning Balm. I’ve used the Sallys GVP version of the Biolage for YEARS, because my fine but thick hair cannot handle silicones (neither product has silicones), but I can’t use the Biolage version because it’s just way too fragrant. So to find something so similar without fragrance (I am super sensitive to fragrances), is AMAZING. This, like both the Biolage and the GVP, is very concentrated. I water it down, 2 parts condish with 1 part water, and put it into a different container. Obviously, you can just add water when using it, and you need very, very little. I find the water really helps distribute the product better throughout the hair and makes it easier to wash out. I cannot recommend this highly enough, it’s FANTASTIC. Even if you can tolerate fragrances, I think this is one of the best conditioners out there if you are someone who doesn’t like silicones in your hair. I also wanted to mention that it does have isopropyl alcohol, and that's because of the behentrimonium chloride, it helps the behentrimonium chloride mix better in formulas, so it's a very small amount. I'm super sensitive to alcohol and it's not caused any issues for me. Update - I tried The Ordinary Behentrimonium Chloride Conditioner and I actually like it better than this. I also water it down to help work it through my hair, but I find it makes my hair shinier and more moisturized. Both are good, but I think The Ordinary is better for my hair type.

The conditioner is truly scent free and non-irritating. It does a good job of moisturizing. But. I have baby fine hair that beauticians usually describe as "hollow hair" and the conditioner weighs down my hair. It looks fine for the first day and then starts looking like I have not showered in a month. Showering daily is not possible for me. But if that is your normal schedule, I recommend this product.

I’ve only used it once! However, I am very pleased with it and the shampoo. My hair feels soft, it’s shiny was very manageable to wash and dry. The big benefit? My skin is not on fire, my ears and sinuses don’t hurt and burn. Plus, no itching or dry skin from the harsh chemicals in other products that are NOT in this product.

I really wanted to love this hair conditioner. I have a very sensitive scalp and many shampoos and conditioners contain irritants that aggravate my scalp to no end, including fragrances. I tried this conditioner twice, I just could not do a third time. While this product did not irritate my scalp, it did make my fine hair incredibly dry and felt like straw. To make it worse I had SO MUCH static, to the point every time I ran a brush through my hair you could hear the snap and crackle of the static and then my hair would stick out like a cartoon character after being zapped. It was so bad my boss actually chuckled when I passed him in the hall because it stuck straight out, he asked me if I was ok because he could hear the static as well as see it.

This is one of the only conditioners I’ve found that’s actually fragrance-free and clean—no hidden scents or irritants. It leaves my hair soft, smooth, and easy to manage without buildup. So glad I found this.

Just a heads up, this conditioner may be formulated without most common irritants, or other undesirable ingredients, but it -does- contain alcohol (isopropyl alcohol). If you have a skin condition that requires avoiding alcohol, this product is not for you. Alcohol can dry out and irritate sensitive skin. And this product, though you don’t intend to apply it to your skin, -will- get on your skin. Also, this conditioner is not user-friendly. It is very thick, and difficult to get out of the tube. I have to unscrew the cap and squeeze until my hands are sore to get enough out. One final complaint, it doesn’t smell nice. Unless you appreciate the smell of a chlorine pool. Or you want your hair to smell like bleach. I am giving this product two stars because it does effectively condition hair.

Like the shampoo, this conditioner is so effective and natural for my hair. It moisturizes while not driving more greasiness. Really great buy and will be our go-to conditioner going forward!
