Based on a family recipes that has been hand down over the generations, Old Hamlet's ginger kit makes a wonderfully refreshing soft drink for those long hot summer days - ginger ready in about 7 days. Old Hamlet packs the spice and yeast sachets into calico drawstring bags that it sews in the UK.
