Can this product be used to fill in cracks and holes in outside house stucco walls?

It is made for garage floors, driveways, etc. I used in on my garage floor to fill a long but very fine surface crack. The color was not as claimed, and the repair only lasted a few months. I do not recommend this product and will never use it again.

Do you have this product in white color? Thx.

This product dries white so some obviously difference to normal concrete color but has held up very well through now 2 winters.

How long until paintable with epoxy coating?

It sets fairly quickly, I drove on mine two hours after patch. But I did not paint.

Can you seal over the patch with epoxy garage sealer?

Absolutely, I used this two years ago then painted my garage floor with three coats of epoxy, no problems since then. This is a great product!
