Will this work on strawberry legs? not sure its kp. maybe irritated folicles

I have eczema if I let it sit too long it itches. It does have iodine in it.

Will I feel a burning sensation when applied?

No, KP Duty should not cause a burning sensation. I would suggest testing it on a small patch of skin at first to determine if there are any sensitivity issues.
