Died after a month, manufacturer says warranty not applicable

Be careful. The wand died after slightly more than a month and the manufacturer says the warranty is not applicable since it was sold through a third party

This product is not working it comes with an international converter to use it with a sustainable voltage but it is not working either. I want to return this

Electric shock in3rd use

In 3rd use it started to give electric shock even touching the wand. Tried different tips, different levels with different users. It gives a serious shock effect. Impossible to use
