I bought for my best friend who is plus sized (350 lbs). The seat was probably 20 inches across, I don't know many people in the plus sized department with a small posterior. ENJOYING TRAVELCHAIR
We are enjoying our new chairs, they are easy to assemble and lightweight to carry. I like having the carrying case and drink holder.

Sturdy and Luggable
I was hoping for something just a little lighter that I could take on a walk and stop for the views and some reading. This is just a little to heavy though the sturdiness is perfect. I just tossed it in the back of my SUV and can pull it out whenever I need that extra seat.
