Does this chair work with PS4 and if so what all do I need to install it?

If you have an rca out or 3.5 mm headphone output on your TV, yes it will work. For me, I only had optical out on my TV, so I had to get an optical to rca converter, which was about 12 dollars (but it needs it's own power). If you have optical output on your receiver, that would work too.

how can i make this chair set higher from the ground?

I have this question too - I was wondering how hard it would be to add one of the pedestals that other X Rocker chairs have - this is an excellent chair but sits too low for a desk. It is made more for sitting out in front of a tv with a controller and being able to rock back and lean back. But we LOVE this chair and would like to find a way to (attractively) raise it up off the ground a few inches (maybe 12 inches or so). I was wondering what is up underneath it that could be used to attach some pedestal to it. DETHMAUL - I agree, but we were hoping to have it look good too... your lazy susan idea sounds like a good one!

is this chair compatible with the xbox one?

Yes. I'm using it with my xbox one. It connects to your television so it'll operate with anything you hook up to the television.

Can you still get vibration if you plug in headphones?

You could use a Y-splitter to send the audio to both the chair and the headphones, then turn down the volume on the chair.
