Once opened, how long does it stay good for?

I personally divide the large bags, repack into smaller vacuum pac bags ( approx 100g each), otherwise I'd say a week at room temp or 3 to 4 weeks refrigerated. I prefer to open a fresh batch each time and consume within a day or two, I recommend a vac PAC machine also handy for fish/ meat/poultry when on offer to freeze....I want comission for this please Amazon lol...and whoever you are have a great day 👍

Is this wet or dry or somewhere in the middle

Somewhere in the middle. It is just right in my opinion.

What is the carbohydrate count per 100g

Many thanks for the question. Our carbohydrate count per 100g is <0.1g Thank you!
